You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or attempt to access others’ data without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Subscriptions & payments

If you purchase BabyWaves Plus or similar offerings, fees and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the app store listing. Refunds follow the applicable store or payment provider rules unless otherwise required by law.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability
